Family Medicine Physician Responsibilities:

• Outpatient, typically Monday to Friday – Flexible Schedule
• Examines, diagnosis, prescribes and administers treatment to
• Supervises and directs family nurse practitioners, physician assistants and other mid-level providers.
• Oversees the performance of nursing and other support
• Reviews laboratory, x-ray findings and diagnosis other
• Participates in consumer education and in-service training for support personnel.
• Meets all the contractual
• Quality of care (Quality Measures) and participation in Peer Review
• Other physician duties as assigned by

Family Medicine Physician Requirements:

• Must hold MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Must have completed and approved
• Must hold a valid California State Physician and Surgeon License
• Must be Board Certified or Board
• Current CPR certification
