We have partnered with an organization about 65 miles north of Nashville in Kentucky that is looking for a minimum of 6 months full-time clinic coverage, 40 hours/ week:
- 12-18 patients a day
- 10-15 minutes for returns, 20-25 for new
- All appointment based
- Half day of admin time each week to get caught up on charts/follow ups
- Current, unrestricted DEA
- Current certification in BLS and in ACLS
- Strong computer skills, including EMR experience
- M-F, 40 hours/ week, 8a-5p
- no call
- No Weekends
- No Holidays (Clinic Closed - 11 Federal Holidays)
- Chronic illnesses such as, COPD, Heart Disease, Diabetes, as well as Mental and Behavioral Health.
- All Adults
- PACT team of RN, LPN, MA to support physician with rooming of patients, EKG/vitals, basic blood/disease tests, triaging, etc. Doctor gets to focus on the pure medical aspect with patient. As well as really get to know the patient with the extra time.
- Typically have labs/X rays in house to support.
**NO NEW GRADS**
- 2+ years clinical medical practice with healthcare management experience preferred.
- Government healthcare environment preferred
- Board certified in family practice or internal medicine
