3on 4 off or 5on 5off can also do 7on 7off if really want to
8p-8a working with one other MD and 2 APPs on the floors at all times
Closed ICU and no procedures or codes required
Admit only and typically admit 8-10 patients per 12 shift
Referral system within hospital - Employed by health system
