OPEN POSITION:

SCHEDULE:
- Full-Time

- Minimum 1 Weekend Shift per Month
- Limited On-Call Participation
CLINIC HOURS:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Saturday / Sunday, 9:00am to 3:00pm
FULL-TIME COMPENSATION:
- $180,000 to $210,000 Starting Base Salary

LOCATION:
North Andover, Massachusetts
COMPANY PROFILE:
This private practice has been operating in the North Andover community for more than 10 years. The organization currently employs two physicians and one nurse practitioner, and is excited to expand its team with another provider. They offer full primary care and walk-in services to patients of all ages and have an on-site lab and EKG equipment.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
While this is considered a family practice clinic, the majority of patients are adults and the new physician may have an internal medicine or family practice background.
The new physician will see an average of 25 patients per weekday shift and 15 patients per weekend shift.
All visits are prepped and supported by fully-trained clinical assistants.
Clinical work is within the area of standard primary care:
- annual wellness visits
- preventative exams
- chronic disease management
- minor procedures
- walk-in acute care
The practice uses the eClinicalWorks EHR.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Massachusetts medical license
- DEA
- Board Certification or Eligibility, Internal Medicine / Family Practice
- no experience required
