Thomas Jefferson University & Jefferson Health is accepting applications for an internal medicine or family medicine Physician to join our concierge physician practice based in Center City Philadelphia, PA. This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week. The office hours are Monday through Friday from 8am - 5pm, with 24/7 on call coverage.

In this role, the selected candidate would provide exceptional care to our patients which include the following;

  • Phone call “check ins” with each patient
  • 24/7 Provider availability
  • Private care in a unhurried atmosphere, that allows extended time for patient visits
  • Customized Care/Health assessments for patients
  • Provide Hospital visits at all Jefferson sites
  • Home Visits and coordination with Home Health Services
  • Support in managing chronic medically complicated conditions
  • Virtual Visits
  • Travel Medicine/Vaccines
  • Nutritional Counseling

This practice will allow patients to have unlimited access to our medical team and provide test and preventative evaluations, scheduling and coordination. Coordinated care between specialist and other medical services will also be available.

Qualified candidates must be Board-Certified in Family or Internal Medicine, licensed to practice medicine in the state of PA, provide exceptional bedside manner and strong desire to engage with our patients in an environment with no time constraints.
