- Work Dates Needed: November 1, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 16, 17, 18, 19, 23, 24, 28, 29 and 12/2
- Preferred Schedule: 8a-8p
- Worksite Setting: Clinic
- Scope of Work: Newborn – Geriatric (sutures / splints, etc). Patient load is 4-6 per hour (6 is rare and based on location, but provider will know ahead of time if it's a busier location when they opt to pick up a shift. They have a lab and medicine dispensary on site
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: GA License, BLS or ACLS, DEA, Board Certified in MED/PED, FM, EM. Prefer clean history.
