Primary care population treating an adult population (have separate pediatric service line)
Organization is an FQHC offering primary care, behavioral health and dental health services
Monday-Friday schedule 8am-4:30pm
Call schedule: 9 weeks out of the year (every 5-6 weeks) to carry pager during week and work for 4 hours on a Saturday for extra pay
Average of 18-20 patients scheduled per day, expect some no-shows
Approximately 1 RN for every 2 providers and support from medical assistants
