Growing Family Practice in Northwest Indiana seeking BE/BC Family Physician:

  • Hospital Employed Opportunity with a Catholic Health system in Northwestern Indiana
  • Schedule is Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., or until all patients are seen.
  • Call is 1:7 (phone call only)
  • Conventional Family Medicine practice treating chronic disease management; dressing changes; sutures; biopsies; pap smears; joint injection/aspiration
  • Basic laboratory services are available and basic procedures such as skin tag and mole removal, suturing, and joint injections may be performed.
  • Treating pediatrics to geriatrics
  • Candidate will join one Nurse Practitioner
  • Average patient census per day is 18-22
  • Opportunities for teaching with residency program
  • EMR: Epic

Compensation and Benefits:

Qualifications

Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years
BLS, ACLS, DEA
Active IN license
Must have proof of COVID-19 Vaccine
Knowledge of EPIC EMR
Must adhere to the guidelines of the Catholic Health System
