Coverage Needs Details:
- Out-patient Setting
- On-going Opportunity
- Full Time Schedule (Monday through Friday - 40hrs per week)
Candidate Requirements
- NE Licensure or IMLC
- Minimum Board Status: Board Certified (Or truly board eligible) in Family Medicine
- Required Certifications: BLS, Active DEA
- Clean Malpractice (Highly Preferred)
- Covid Vaccination Required
(Must state availability at time of name clear)
(Disclose if provider has worked at any other CHI/Dignity Facility)
Job Details
- Credentialing Timeframe: Est 90 Days (Will not be asked to credential at other facilities)
- Duties: Evaluation and treatment of patient in the outpatient clinic setting
- EMR” Epic
- Support Staff: Clinic LPN/MA, shared lab support
- Census: 10 - 15 patients per day
Compensation for this opportunity is highly competitive at $6200/week.
