• Join an established primary care practice consisting of 11 Family Medicine Physicians and 20 Advanced Practice Providers at an award-winning critical access hospital that boasts high physician engagement and retention!
• Flexible schedule options; full-time is 32 patient contact hours per week
• Amazing access to subspecialty support, including gastroenterology, orthopedic surgery, urology, cardiology and more!
• Epic EMR with dedicated in-basket support
Compensation and Benefits Details:
• Two year base compensation + upside potential through wRVU production
• $200,000 recruitment incentives
• $15,000 relocation assistance
• $10,000 quality incentive
• Benefits include fully paid medical insurance valued at $8,500 annually plus retirement with a match and more!
