- BC / Family Medicine for established and growing not-for-profit organization
- Outpatient-Only
- M-F 8:00-5:00
- Oversee Nurse Practitioners
- Cover two locations (Orange Park and Fleming Island)
- 401k with 5% Match
-5 CME days plus stipend
- 31 days PTO in 1st Year (4 Weeks' Vacation, 11 Holidays)
