- M-F 8a-5p. Clinic only.

Details:
- Setting: Clinic
- FTE: As needed
- Monday-Friday 8a-5p - Clinic only.
- Daily patients could range from 10-18.
- Duties: Clinic office visits (Med refills and sick patients)
- Required Procedures: Possibility of suturing
- EMR: All Scripts
- Support Staff: Dedicated Nurse provided
- Reason for Coverage: Provider Shortage
- Board Certified Family Medicine, or TRULY Board Eligible (within 5 yrs of residency completion)
- Active Minnesota License
- Active ACLS, BLS, PALS
- Active DEA, NRP
- Residency/Fellowship
- Clean Malpractice/Background (highly preferred)
- Covid Vaccinated
Job Responsibilities
Required Procedures: Possibility of suturing.
Support Staff: Dedicated Nurse provided.
Qualifications
Active Minnesota License.
Active ACLS, BLS, PALS.
Active DEA, NRP.
Residency/Fellowship.
Clean Malpractice/Background (highly preferred).
Covid Vaccinated.
