Family Medicine Physician

We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Practice Physician to join a Regional Medical center near Modesto CA., com join a growing practice with 100% outpatient-only focus.

Position: Family Practice- NEED ASAP

Responsibilities: Responsibilities include the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses, preventive care, performing physical exams including well woman exams and other routine checkups, health-risk assessments, and other baseline screening tests, immunizations, as well as, personalized counseling as it relates to maintaining a healthy lifestyle and/or further disease progression.
The ideal candidate must be passionate about healthcare and want to make a difference in the lives of others while acting as a mission-driven catalyst to help deliver the best quality of care and excellent service to our patients and their families.
