Need is due to growth
Mix of inpatient and outpatient - Mornings for procedures, afternoons for outpatient clinic
Join team of 6 GIs and 6 APPS
Need for general GI but can do ERCP and EUS if desired.
Endo suite with Anesthesia support. Have 5 beds
Call is 1:6 for weekdays and 1:8 for weekends. Come to hospital 30%-50% of the time
work 4 to 4.5 days a week with admin time built in
Integrated EMR with access to all specialists
