Urgent Care Physician Medical Directorship Opportunities in Chino, CA

1099 Model with Malpractice and Tail, $150/hr., and a $25,000 Sign-On Bonus. Start as a Staff Physician and be promoted to Medical Director after 1 year of practicing full-time. Benefits for the Medical Directorship include the opportunity to buy into practice, and a $5,000/month stipend.

Accelerated Urgent Care has been voted “Best Urgent Care” 7 years in a row in Bakersfield, CA. We are hiring Medical Directors for Southern and Central CA. We have 16 facilities in five different counties and will grow into LA County come 2024. Physician candidates must be Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Family Medicine to practice at our facility locations. This specific opportunity is for a staff physician who can be trained and promoted to Medical Director.

  • Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine - Board Eligible or Board Certified.
  • New Graduates are welcome, and we will train you to be the best provider possible.
  • Urgent Care Medicine practicing twelve-hour (12) shifts with a 1-hour break.
  • Open to full-time, part-time, and PRN providers – pick up more shifts, make more money.
  • Full-time will be 12 shifts per month, 2 on-call shifts per month, and managing 4 mid-level providers.
  • Part-time will be 6–8 shifts per month, on-call, and managing 4 mid-level providers.
  • Treat 4 patients per hour from newborns to geriatrics (full spectrum care) in a low-acuity setting.
  • Most patients will be treated for colds, coughs, congestion, UTIs, lumps, bumps, and bruises.
  • Procedures: I&D of Abscesses, Toenail Removal, and Laceration Repair.
  • Equipment: In-house Point-of-Care testing and X-ray (results in 20 minutes and results sent to EMR)
  • Easy-to-use EMR: VelociDoc with Dragon dictation allows you to document patients in one minute.
