This Primary Care Locum Tenens is a Tribal Health position located in Southern Oregon.

Duration: December for 3 months or longer
Schedule: Monday – Friday 7a-4:30p (no weekends – no call)
Patient volume: 20 patients per day
Scope: outpatient primary care
EMR: NextGen
Group/support: 2 FNP’s, Medical Director, plus a few specialized providers that rotate
Requirements: BC/BE, DEA, ACLS, any state license accepted for a 90-day assignment, OR license needed after 90 days, fully vaccinated

All Accommodations, and Malpractice - PAID 
Assistance with credentialing provided – Temp privileges with 30 days, 60 days full privileges
