Become a partner in our multi-specialty healthcare organization where taking care of our physicians is as important as taking care of our patients.

Pay range $267,986 to $289,715

Our team
Enjoy lake living at its best in sunny and family friendly Moses Lake, Washington. Our Family Medicine team consists of 6 Physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Providers when fully staffed. This position is being hired for the replacement of a long-term physician retirement.

Position Overview
  • Standard 4-day work week
  • Outpatient only with 1:6 nurse triaged call
  • Lab, X-ray, CT scan, MRI, and integrated behavioral health onsite
  • Multi-specialty clinic with specialists readily available for support
  • Provider team consists of five physicians and 2 APP’s
  • 20 - 25 patients per day
  • EPIC Electronic Medical Record
  • Clinic hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

  • Compensation: First year salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA median, RVU production in year two. First year salary guarantee is based on MGMA/AMGA median, and compensation moves to RVU production in year two. Placement in a starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications.
  • Time off: up to 6 weeks of time off (for full time, five-day production work week after first year, non-immigration status)

  • Board certified or board eligible physician
  • Ability to obtain an active license in Washington State
  • Concise and compassionate communication skills to educate patients and families
  • Ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records
