Columbus Community Hospital is actively recruiting for a family medicine physician to join a busy Federally Qualified Community Health Center Outpatient Clinic in Columbus, Nebraska. This dynamic group is committed to providing outstanding patient care with an appropriate balance between work and family.

Good Neighbor Community Health Center (GNCHC) has served as a vital resource for the medically underserved in northeastern Nebraska. Together with their co-located partner, East Central District Health Department, GNCHC operates two federally qualified health centers (FQHC), located in the small cities of Columbus and Fremont. The Community Health Center has dental and behavioral health support in the same facility and has just recently moved into their brand new, 30,000 square
foot clinic that is conveniently located right next to the Hospital’s campus. This is a full-time position with great benefits and NHSC loan repayment. Duties would include providing traditional medical family practice with no OB. Hospitalists follow adult hospitalized patients. Admitting and flowing hospitalized pediatric and newborn patients would be at the Columbus Community Hospital. The average workweek is 40-45 hours. Malpractice, health insurance, short and long-term disability and
retirement are offered. Salary information is available upon request.
