Hospital Details:

• Hospital Bed Size: 17
• Trauma Level: Level IV

Reason For Coverage: Searching for a perm provider. Searching for a locums to permanent provider. Excellent opportunity for a Physician seeking quality of life and work-life balance

Start Date: Start as a Locums ASAP and work for approx. 90 days as a Locums to see if it is a mutually good fit for a Perm position

Shifts: 4 Day Work Week *Days to be determined w/Provider*

Monday-Thursday (7:00am-5:00pm) and Friday (7:00am-4:30pm)

Hospital has an e-hospitalist service for after hours and on weekends

Credentialing Timeframe: 30-45 days

Job Details:

• Setting: Outpatient Clinic and Inpatient Rounding during the week
• Typical Day: Round on Inpatient (typically 0-5 patients; skilled nursing, regular inpatient, observation admits) and work in the Clinic seeing B&B Family Medicine patients (Newborn-Geriatrics). Provider might have to do an admit and/or sign off on discharge summary (typically, the ED providers admit/discharge patients)
• Patient Volume: Approx. 14-20 patients/day in Clinic (Newborn-Geriatrics) and 0-5 Inpatient
• APP Support/Supervision: (2) NPs in Clinic. (4) NPs in ED. (No Supervision required)
• EMR: EPIC
• Client Requirements: ONLY interested in BC FM (Truly BE) Locums to Perm candidates. Require a phone interview before credentialing
• All travel, lodging and malpractice covered
