Candidate Requirements
- Active AZ Licensure or IMLC required for consideration
- Minimum Board Status: Board Certified or Truly BE (0-5 years of completion of residency)
- Residency/Fellowship Required
- Must have active DEA prior to start
- Clean Background/Malpractice Highly Preferred
- Covid Vaccination Required
Job Details
- Schedule: Monday through Friday (8am to 5pm)
- FTE: 1.0
- Duties: Acute Care, New Patient Visits, Annual Wellness Exams
- Support Staff: Medical Assistant, Front Office Assistant
- EMR: Cerner
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days after receiving completed application (Completed application must be turned in around 5 days or less)
Compensation for this opportunity is highly competitive at $155/hr.
