Coverage dates:
As soon as credentialed – November 30, 2023
Monday – Friday
8 am – 5 pm
No call, no weekends

Setting:
Outpatient
95% adult, 5% Pediatric
Average of 15 patients per shift
EMR is Epic
Credentialing takes 30-90 days

Requirements:
Board Eligible/Certified
Active CA license and DEA
BLS & ACLS
Active DEA
