Primary Care / Concierge Medicine
* Full-time Primary Care / Concierge Medicine doctor
* 4-Day Work week option available
* Recruiting for multiple California locations
* 2 locations: South San Francisco and San Jose
* Base range starts at $275,000 and Depends on Experience and bonus opportunities
* EMR is for Direct Primary Care and easy to use
* Maximum patient panel is 1000 patients per doctor
* Average of 8 to 10 appointments per day
* 30 + paid days of time off per year
* Generous Benefits package including paid medical Health insurance and has a 401K
* Must be able to see patients of all ages and do skin biopsies
* Each doctor will have 2 CMAs with involvement in the hiring and screening of those positions
