The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting an outpatient Family Medicine physician for a community health center (also called a federally qualified health center) in Keokuk, IA.

Here are the details:
- Clinic Hours: Mon/Tues/Wed/Fri: 7AM – 5PM; Thursday 7am - 7 PM
- Provider Schedule: 40 hours/week within clinic hours of operation with 36 patient contact hours, 4 hours admin.
- Evenings/weekend: Some Thursday evening hours until 6 or 7, no weekends at this time.
- Patient time slots: 30 mins – new patient, 15 min follow up
- Avg Patients: 16-24 patients/day
- Current provider staff: 4 FM ARNP, 1 Peds ARNP, 1 Psych ARNP, 1 LISW
- Other clinical staff/nursing: 1 CMA or LPN/provider; 1 RN Patient Care Manager to support medical clinic
- Call schedule: after hours phone triage is shared

Required qualifications:
- Iowa Licensed and Board Certified as Family Practice Physician

- Base salary + production & quality incentives
- CME: 5-10 days per year based on experience + $3,000-$4,000/year

- Retirement Plan: 403b plan – 4% of salary plus 1% additional if employee contributes 2%; upon maxing out 403b in the calendar year – eligible to contribute to 457.
