An established, collegial, and cohesive private practice outside Minneapolis, Minnesota (MN) seeks a Family Medicine Physician (FM) to join their team.
Position Details:
- Outpatient only - option to pick up hospitalist shifts for extra income, but not required
- 4-day work week!
- 1:10 telephone only call rotation
- 16-20 patients per day
- Join an established team of 20 Physicians with the opportunity for mentorship - you are never on an island here, there is always a team behind you
- Opportunity to be involved in teaching students, if interested
- EMR - EPIC
- Excellent relationships with other partners/specialists, collegiality is a top priority for everyone in the group
- Autonomy to build your practice the way you envision
Compensation/Benefit Highlights:
- First year package of $365,000
- Private Practice with 1-2-year partnership track depending on how quickly the incoming provider ramps up
- Partner here means EQUAL
