**Position Details**
- Clinic is Family Medicine, but there is also a walk-in component to the practice
- Average patients/day: 22-24
- Provide Supervision of APPs
- Pooled phone call triaged through my-nurse call center: 1 week on every 5-6 weeks
- Additional call 4 weeks per year covering Pediatric Admitting at Finley Hospital
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership skills required to set the daily tone of the clinic
- Dedication to highest tier of patient experience and quality metrics
**Qualifications**
- MD or DO
- Board Certified/Board Eligible
- Hold an unrestricted license to practice medicine in Iowa
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to work as a team member
