Established Group in north-east Nebaraska seeking a permanent Family Medicine Physician. Excellent reputation in the community!

Position:
– Reason for need: Retirement
– Normally run a group of 2: Currently have 1
– Support Staff: APPs – About to hire another APP for ER coverage
– Mixture of Inpatient / Outpatient
– ED (emergency department) responsibilities
– 4-4.5 day work week
– Roughly 15 patients per day +/-

Financials:
– With retention payment it is right around $262,500 base salary plus a production incentive
– $12,000 moving expenses
– $150,000 sign on bonus/CNL (could be more, but would like to start with this figure)
– $5,000 CME (increases every 5 years – maxes out at $7500)
