Join an award-winning, 49-bed Critical Access Hospital in an Outpatient Family Medicine role. This is a quality of life position with low patient volumes, a 4-day work week, and income potential of over $300,000 per year.
The Position:
• This hospital emphasizes quality of life, average patient volume of just 14-16 per day
• 100% outpatient with the option for a 4-day work week
• Work alongside 3 MD's and 4 APP's
• Compensation package includes a Base Salary starting at 260,000 with production upside and a $75,000 recruitment package
• Full benefits, 6.5 weeks of PTO, CME, and more
