Join a collegial, cohesive, and well trained team of physicians and mid-levels as a hospital employed BC/BE Family Medicine provider with a not-for-profit Medical Center in Southern Wisconsin
The Opportunity
• Physicians have the flexibility and autonomy to set their schedules - choose between a 4, 4.5, or 5-day work week with built-in admin time
• Low volume practice with average of 18 patients a day to supplement a fantastic work/life balance
• Opportunity to incorporate teaching
Compensation package includes generous base plus production and quality incentives with proven income potential greater than 350k
• Sign on bonus, relocation support, and student loan repayment
• Never ending base salary plus wRVU bonus
• Comprehensive benefits package including 8 weeks PTO, CME, Full Suite of Health Benefits, 401(k) with 5% match, etc.
