We are recruiting a Family Physician for a reputable healthcare facility in Northern California. Located near the coast, this role is set in an ideal setting and offers outstanding opportunities for career growth and medical directorship.
Summary and Highlights:

• Shift: 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri
• Scope: 100% outpatient primary care
• Patient volume: 15-20 patients per day on average
• Hospital: 9-bed Critical Access Hospital
• Group/support: 2 MDs, 3 APPs
• EPIC EMR

• Call: Occasional Weekends and Weekday evenings (rotating schedule)
• Compensation: Base range from $250K to $350K+ with a maximum hire-in of $280K for new graduates

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Clinic: 80% of workload
• Inpatient Unit: 20% of workload
• Optional ED work available and paid separately
• Autonomy level: High, with own panel of patients
• Supervision of APPs

Requirements:

• Active CA license and DEA, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
• New grads are welcome
• Experience in vasectomies and other specialized cases preferred, but not required
• CAH and RHC experience is a plus
