- The opportunity exists for a Board Certified/Board Eligible, Family Practice physician with a passion for clinical medicine.
- Multiple openings in Avondale, Maryvale, Laveen, Peoria, Chandler, North Phoenix, Mesa
- The successful candidate will work in an outpatient setting within a Health Center.
- The facility is part of a system which provides care to the underserved population and qualifies for the NHSC (Score of 21) & Federal HPSA Loan Repayment Programs. Hospital referrals are through a 450-bed hospital with a Level 1 Trauma and Burn Center.
