A Critical Access Hospital in southwest Kansas is actively seeking a Family Medicine physician to join a 3 provers at a well-established practice.
Opportunity:
• Primarily outpatient practice with inpatient rounding and shared ER call - No Obstetrics
• See 12-15 patients per day in the clinic
• Option for 4-day work week
• J1/H1B visa sponsorship
• $300,000 never ending base salary guarantee
• $40,000 for sign-on bonus + relocation assistance
• 6 weeks paid time off + 8 paid holidays
• Comprehensive suite of benefits including health, dental, vision, 401K retirement plan, PTO, CME, and malpractice insurance
• Pension with 6% match
