Downtown Orlando ~ Primary Care Physician Job

  • Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible Family Medicine Physician or General Practitioner
  • ACN practitioner with experience in primary care, bilingual in Spanish and English, eligible for Florida medical license and a 2 year commitment to work with the practice will be considered
  • Must have current Florida Medical license
  • Reason for need: Growth
  • Bilingual Spanish is required for this position
  • Full-time position with availability to work Monday-Saturday, provider rotations are M-F or Tuesday-Saturday
  • On call duties are booked for one month at a time- provider will have advance notice of the schedule (phone call only-no hospital admissions)
  • Not expected to see more than 20 patients per day
  • Malpractice is covered-provider must have coverage from prior position and purchase tail
  • All inclusive practice -15 support staff (medical reception, nursing, referrals, billing, care coordination)
  • Practice provides aesthetic services, ancillary services with ECHO'S, sonograms, and dopplers
  • Approximately 75% of practice’s patients are LGBTQ+, so cultural competence and knowledge of health concerns for the community are essential.PrEP, HIV and STI treatment. Patient ages range from 14+ knowledgeable on HEDIS, quality measures, capitated programs and value based medicine
