Federally qualified community health center that understands not every individual or community shares the same needs. We provide primary medical, dental, behavioral health, and optometry care at eight convenient locations in diverse geographic regions across Lebanon, York, Adams, and Lancaster Counties to serve our patients. About the Role: Family Medicine Physician

• Desire to work nontraditional hours to give office the ability to meaningfully expand access for patients in the Lebanon community.
• Part time schedule Monday through Thursday 4 PM-8 PM. Additional hours available if FT is desired.
• Location supported with 1 NP, 1 PA, and other 1 MD on site
• Assess, maintain, and improve the health status of individuals in the communities served through timely access to evidence-based acute, preventive, and chronic disease care.
• Serve as a role model of professionalism to all members of the interdisciplinary health care team. Collaborates with all other practitioners and clinical support staff to form a high performing team.
• Provide high-value care; demonstrate good stewardship of resources and consider risks, benefits, and patient preferences when making diagnostic or therapeutic intervention decisions.
• Documents all patient care activities and services provided in the electronic health record. Documentation must be clear, concise, accurate, updated, and in sufficient detail.

Background Desired: Family Medicine Physician

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is ideal
• Ability to hold an unrestricted Pennsylvania State License
• J1 or H1B Visa Sponsorship if necessary
