A 25-bed critical access hospital in beautiful Lake Chelan, Washington is actively recruiting for a BE/BC Family Medicine provider to join their team!
The Opportunity:
• 4-Day Work Week Available - Outpatient Only.
• No Call, No Nights and No Weekends.
• Guaranteed Base Salary from $246,000-$296,000 with the ability to pick up Urgent Care and ER shifts if wanted.
• Ability for minimal Medical Directorship responsibilities for additional income.
• $50,000 Recruitment Package.
• 25 Days of Paid Vacation.
• Comprehensive Benefits Package: Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance, 403b Retirement Plan, Malpractice Insurance with Tail Coverage, and CME Allowance.
The Community:
