- Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00am-5:00pm, no weekends
- Collaborate with a seasoned team that includes Advanced Practitioners and a dedicated Care Team
- Focus on quality care as you see 12-15 patients per day, with the opportunity to spend more time with each individual
- Benefit from longer appointments lasting 45 minutes, ensuring comprehensive patient care
- Be a leader and an active participant in daily huddles, contributing your medical expertise to the Care Team
Qualifications:
- Hold a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine degree
- Be board certified or board eligible in Geriatric Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine
- Possess a valid, unrestricted license in the state of desired employment (or be willing to obtain one)
- Maintain a current, unrestricted DEA license
Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferably, have two to five years of directly applicable experience
- Showcase expertise in managing a Medicare Advantage panel of patients within a value-based coordinated care environment
- Demonstrate knowledge of Medicare guidelines, coverage, and HEDIS quality indicators
