A federally designated Critical Access Hospital seeks a BC/BE Family Medicine provider to join their collegial team near Des Moines, IA:
• 4-day workweek, daytime hours
• 12-15 patients per day allowing ample time for comprehensive patient care
• Blocked time for low volume inpatient coverage with plenty of time to round
• Shared call; light volume
• Leadership potential in a physician-led group
• Opportunity to be involved in specialty wound care clinic; other specialty interests are encouraged and can be supported
Compensation/Benefits:
• $100,000 customizable incentive package
• Residency stipend and student loan reimbursement
• 41-days paid time off
• Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
• Up to $5,000 CME
• Comprehensive benefits including 401k with company match
• Up to $500,000+ initial package
