Pay range $267,986 to $289,715

Our team

Enjoy lake living at its best in sunny and family friendly Moses Lake, Washington. Our Family Medicine team consists of six Physicians and three Advanced Practice Providers when fully staffed. This position is being hired for the replacement of a long-term physician retirement.

Position Overview

  • Standard four-day work week
  • Outpatient phone call only, 1:6 weeks, nurse triaged
  • Lab, X-ray, CT scan, MRI, and integrated behavioral health onsite
  • Multi-specialty clinic with specialists readily available for support
  • 20 - 25 patients per day
  • EPIC Electronic Medical Record
  • Clinic hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

  • Compensation: First year salary guarantee is based on MGMA/AMGA median, and compensation moves to RVU production in year two. Placement in a starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications.

What We’re Seeking in a Candidate

  • Board certified or board eligible physician
  • Ability to obtain an active license in Washington State
  • Concise and compassionate communication skills to educate patients and families
  • Ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records
