Practice/Organization Details:
• New program consisting of two residents per year for a total of 6 residents starting year 3 and beyond
• Program will have a GME Coordinator and Associate Program Director for support

• Independent, financially stable organization has added 20 providers over the past 2 years
• Thriving Emergency Medicine Fellowship Program started in 2023
Compensation Details:
• Hospital employed with strong salary guarantee - 75th percentile earning according to MGMA
