Job Summary:

An established primary care group is expanding in to Springfield, Tennessee and is seeking a primary care physician to meet the demand of the growing community experiencing 5% growth in population every year.

Qualified Candidates

  • Board certified/board eligible in family medicine
  • Training obtained by an ACGME or AOA accredited program
  • Tennessee licensure or ability to obtain
  • DEA with full prescriptive authority
  • Interest in providing full range of care for newborns through geriatrics
  • Interest in women's health or other specialty area a plus
  • Commitment to providing high quality, evidenced based patient care

  • Independent physician owned and governed medical practice
  • 5 primary care physicians and 12 advanced practitioners (1:3 ratio)
  • 8 practice locations in communities north of Nashville, TN
  • Springfield has a deficit of primary care providers for growing population
  • Outpatient only, no call (APPs take call)
  • Schedule M-F, 8a-5p or 7a-4p
