SSM Health Dean Medical Group, a 500+ physician multi-specialty group, is seeking a Family Physician to join its clinic in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. This Family Medicine Physician will work at our new state-of-the-art multi-specialty clinic which opened in February of 2021. Additional details include:

• Well-established primary care team of 4 Physicians & 5 Advanced Practitioners
• Full time opportunity (.8-1.0 fte), outpatient only practice
• Flexible schedule offering a work/life balance
• Call is phone only, and calls are triaged by a skilled nurse
• Multi-specialty clinic includes services provided by 14 specialties
• EPIC EMR
