**Medical Director opening in Lancaster, NH**
Montpelier, VT 66m; Manchester, NH 116; Portland, ME 118m
* Monday - Friday (8a-5p - with flexibility)
* Age distribution is pediatric to geriatric, high elderly population in area
* Average 20-24 patients per day for full day office visits
* 28 hours direct patient care, 9 hours Med Dir admin hours, 3 practice admin hours
* Payer mix 35% Medicare, 15% Medicaid, 35% Commercial, balance is other
* At least 2 years of relevant experience
* Start immediately
* Must be COVID vaccinated
* $285,000-310,000 (depending on experience) which includes Medical Director Stipend
* WRVU bonus potential paid out in salary of the following year. Once target is hit, 50% payout of anything listed under the bill rate.
