A physician-lead multi-specialty group located in Northern Idaho are seeking a full-time Family Medicine physician to work alongside 2 other MD's and 4 APP's in an all outpatient setting. This medium-sized community is fantastic for outdoor recreation and is just 2 hours to Coeur d'Alene.
The Position:
• 100% outpatient opportunity, no call
• Option for a 4-day work week with dedicated admin time
• Average patient volume of 20 patients per day
• Compensation package includes a base salary starting at $260,000 with production upside putting you into the $300-$350,000 range
• Up to $150,000 Sign-on Package to be towards loans/relocation/sign-on, Full Benefits, PTO, CME, and option for a Partnership Track
