Family Medicine opportunity to live where others vacation in this Wisconsin outdoors paradise, offering a full spectrum of services to this community.
Practice Details:
• Join a collegial group of 5 other providers to practice the full scope of Family Medicine
• Dynamic and forward-thinking independent organization that has brought on 18 providers in the past 2 years
• Autonomous and flexible schedule that offers 3 1/2 or 4-day work week options
• Ability to incorporate inpatient rounding, ER shifts, Urgent Care, and more
• See anywhere between 14-18 patients per day, offering reasonable volumes to ensure enough time with each patient
Compensation Details:
• Hospital employed with salary guarantee and incentive bonus equaling over $310K annually
• Lucrative sign-on bonus of $100K
• Comprehensive benefits package- Employer pays 100% of physician medical benefits, full relocation expenses, substantial PTO package, and more
