- Clinic locations:
- Clinton, OK
- El Reno, OK
- Outpatient Primary Care clinic
- ASAP – 6-month contract with the ability to extend coverage
- Credentialing timeframe: Roughly 6-8 weeks
- Monday - Friday, 8 hour shifts, 40 hours weekly (full-time coverage required)
- No call coverage required
- 12-15 patients/day
- Treating all ages (mostly acute and geriatric care)
- IM physicians will not treat kids
- Facility uses EMR, will train
- Will provide travel/lodging accommodations
- Provider requirements:
- Active state medical license (any state)
- DEA active
- BLS active
