- Location: North New York (15 mins south of Liverpool, NY)
- Specialty: Family Medicine / Internal Medicine
- Requirements: NY license, Active DEA, Active BLS, Board Certification/Board Eligibility REQUIRED
- Provider MUST be Covid and Flu Vaccinated - Required
- Schedule: Mon-Fri (8AM-4:30PM)
