Award-winning healthcare organization is seeking a mission-minded Family Medicine physician to join their growing medical group near Sioux Falls.
Position Details:
• Join an established team of 2 Family Medicine physicians and 2 APP's
• See anywhere between 18-24 patients per day
• Flexible 4-day work week with the ability to template your day accordingly
• Outpatient practice with the opportunity to incorporate inpatient rounding if desired
• Nationally Recognized organization with an impressive 96% retention rate
Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary guarantee plus additional incentives - total compensation in the 75th percentile of MGMA
• $150K Community Loan Assistance to be used at your discretion
• Ability to assist in ER coverage or weekend call for additional pay
