They are expanding their services to provide thegrowing Manchester community with Primary Care and are seeking BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join a busy, patient-centered team at MMC in Manchester, Vermont. Opportunity Highlights Include: ● Engaged and Committed Physicians who are invested in teamwork and optimal patient outcomes in a non-hospital setting. ● Caring and professional team of paramedics, medical assistants, and patient coordinators ● Excellent call schedule, supportive administration, quality care and a focus on provider and patient satisfaction ● Competitive pay and benefits package including Healthcare, HSA for Vision and Dental, Retirement, PTO, CME, Malpractice, etc. and eligibility for a Sign-On Bonus, Relocation Stipend and Assistance with Student Loans ● Leadership Position Responsibilities: ● Create, Structure, and Implement the practices, procedures, and policies for an active and robust primary care practice. ● Flexible Work Week - Call Coverage Structure and Support ● Perform patient exams and provide treatment, medication, and other personalized medical care to address or prevent illness, disease, or injury. ● Collect and maintain patient information, records, and test results with the support of administration staff. ● Communicate effectively with patients to explain procedures, results and prescribed care. ● Order and supervise point of care tests and duties such as EKG’s, phlebotomy, IV management, medication, and vaccine administration. ● Refer patients to medical specialists or other practitioners when necessary. ● Deliver the highest quality of patient care, demonstrating compassion and empathy. ● Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a busy work environment.
