Join an established medical center in the Oregon Cascade Mountains providing quality primary care to patients of all ages.

Assignment:

• July 1, 2024, ongoing for an initial 4-months w/option to extend
• Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm
  • Can accommodate 4 days/week schedule
• No nights, no weekends, no call

Practice Setting:

• Outpatient primary care clinic
• 12-15 scheduled visits per day
• Taking over part of an existing patient panel and adding new patients
• 2 CMAs, 1 RN, social worker, 1 NP, 1 MD on staff

Travel & Accommodations:

• Mileage or rental car, and hotel
