Family Medicine Physician Schedule:

• Week days, 5 (8) hour shifts or 4 (10) hour shifts!!
• Full-Time, Direct Hire Permanent position

Family Medicine Physician Requirements:

• Have earned an MD or DO degree and completed a Family Medicine residency
• Be board eligible or board certified
• Have a preference for or experience in an FQHC, CHC, or PCMH facility
• 3-5 years of experience preferred
