Provider Type: MD/DO; MUST BE BOARD CERTIFED
Number of openings: 1
Location: Sault Ste Marie, MI
Schedule: 8 am-5 pm (Monday- Friday)
Start: June End: 3-month contract with possible extensions
Details: Can work without out MI state license, as long there in the process of getting a MI license. Support Staff: LPN
Pt Volume: 15 per day
EMR: RPMS (What the VA used to use, very old EMR) Pay Rate MD/DO: $125/hr
Expenses: Will cover flight, lodging, car rental or mileage and malpractice insurance
